TMA love Rockbox. The tonality of their pedals, and their ability to emulate amps (far beyond) most people’s budget, is certainly admirable. We use them daily in recording sessions.

The Brown Sugar works perfectly with a cleaner, lower watt amp, for superior hi-gain tones but equally works with 100 watt heads as an alternative gain/solo/grit stage. It’s 100% ‘boutique’, true bypass and amp ‘friendly’ with everything we demo’ed it on. It also works beautifully straight into a DAW.

This unit has been used studio only, like a rack effect.
