This appears to be the only RC Booster V1 available in AUS at the present time - and it's in excellent condition!! Full testing carried out and performance is flawless.


For those not familiar with the RC Booster this is an awesome boost pedal that can be used to enhance signal level in a long pedal chain.


BUT it's also capable of much more.


Unlike many boost pedals this includes a gain knob - in addition to the typical volume, bass and treble functions - which allows you to add additional 'character' to your sound. Whilst we wouldn't describe it as a typical gain you'd find on an overdrive pedal it does add a really rich, warm and slightly 'hairy' attack to your sound reminiscent of classic valve amps just hitting break up.


Whilst there is a myriad of ways this pedal can be used we thought we'd share 3 of our favourites;


1. Standard Boost - use it as the perfect pedal to make your solo jump out when you already have the perfect tone and just need a little more oomph

2. Align your clean and dirty volumes - a trick any experienced guitarist will tell you is a secret weapon. You have this massive overdrive tone, but when you punch into your clean tone all that warmth (and volume!) disappears. The RC Booster is a godsend for your band members, you and PARTICULARLY the sound man!!

3. Colouration - got a pedal that sounds brilliant but just doesn't cut through - add the RC - problem solved. Got a great amp but can't play it at a volume that allows it to naturally break up - add the RC to compensate. Simple


And that's only some of the ways this pedal can be used. You can use it on bass, keys or even vocals if you're feeling adventurous.
